BLESSE - NH EDUCATION Pre-screening/Preparation Requirements
Applicants are requested to have the following information in order to complete the application:
- Latest tax filing with Cra for themselves and spouse.
- If there are dependants, the birth certificates of all children are required
- If the applicant is less than 26 years of age, the latest tax information of both living parents must be provided.

Applicants must be a Canadian Permanent Resident, citizen, or Refugee with a valid Notice of Decision (NOD with IRR) number. They are also required to provide the latest CRA T1 filing, as well as the same for their partner. They must have birth certificate details for all dependents living with them, a valid photo ID, and confirm they have not defaulted on any OSAP loans in the past.
