Courses are offered through colleges thatare fully accredited by the Ministry of Education.
Financial assistance is provided as a combination of grants and loans and is based on an assessment of the individual using family income and tax information.The funding typically covers all course fees, books and the balance can be used for living expenses for the duration of the course.
